  1. fix all the stuff marked with "dorab" -- mainly for texinfo.

  3. better indexing -- difference between _index and _tindex.
  4. need more index items and need to make sure the current ones are
  5. correct. also need to organize them better (i.e. with headings and
  6. subheadings). another thing to do is to make sure the 
  7. place where the command is defined is emboldened.

  9. fix up consistency problems. e.g. very often _cH()(some vector)
  10. is used. maybe a _vector should be defined. _Fsem is not always used
  11. consistently (i.e. sometimes _Fit is used instead). similarly for
  12. _Ftt and _tc. also (RET . values) vs. (RET {values}* ). also stuff like ->.

  14. need to figure out how to have double line spacing in ExampleTabbing
  15. and ExampleTabular (less so).

  17. fix the (major) problem with the spaces required before/after
  18. things like _cQo.

  20. integrate the foreign function interface for unix.

  23. mentioned in the manual.

  25. RUN-COMPILED-CODE (syntax.x) bug for T2.7 still in T3.1 ?
  26. in general, make sure all the bugs are really bugs in t3.1.
